If you have made an initial payment and wish to request a refund due to any concern or change of mind, you can raise a refund request within 15 days from the date of payment. We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, and we are here to support you.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the repayment process will be initiated within 7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
Please note that any processing fees, service charges, convenience fees, or other administrative charges deducted at the time of loan application or disbursement are non-refundable. These fees are clearly communicated and consented to by the customer prior to loan confirmation.
In case of any duplicate payment, we request you to inform us immediately. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once a refund request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with transaction details. We aim to ensure a smooth and quick resolution for your peace of mind.
