At RupeeLending, we are committed to following the regulatory guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to ensure customer protection and transparency.
After your loan has been disbursed, you have the option to refund the loan within 3 calendar days (known as the "Free Look Period").
In case you decide to refund the loan within this period, you must repay the entire disbursed amount that you have received in your bank account.
Please note that any processing fees, service charges, convenience fees, or other administrative charges deducted at the time of loan application or disbursement are non-refundable. These fees are clearly communicated and consented to by the customer prior to loan confirmation.
In case of any duplicate payment, we request you to inform us immediately. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Once a refund request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with transaction details. We aim to ensure a smooth and quick resolution for your peace of mind.
